Appointments
- Appointments are by prior booking. Please arrive 5 minutes early.
- If you are late, we may shorten or reschedule your appointment.
- For severe symptoms (rapidly spreading swelling, breathing/swallowing difficulty), go to A&E.
Fees & Payments
- We are a private service. Fees are confirmed before treatment.
- Payment is due on the day (card accepted). Receipts provided for insurance claims.
- Guide prices are shown on our Costs & Fees page and may vary after assessment.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
- Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange.
- Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged.
Consent & Clinical Limits
- Treatment is provided after clinical assessment and informed consent.
- We may decline or defer treatment if it is unsafe or unsuitable (e.g., medical risks).
- Emergency care focuses on pain relief and stabilisation; further visits may be required.
Prescriptions
Medicines are prescribed only when clinically indicated, following UK guidance.

Feedback & Complaints
If you have concerns, please contact us by email or phone. We acknowledge within 3 working days and aim to respond within 10–20 working days. Escalation routes are available if needed. See our Clinical Governance page.
