Appointments and deposits

• Online bookings are held with a £20 deposit, paid by card through Stripe. The deposit is refundable when you attend your appointment.
• If you can’t attend, please call 0121 582 4557 as early as possible so the time can go to someone else in pain.

Fees

• We are a private practice. The emergency consultation is £54. All treatment is priced and agreed with you before it starts. Current fees are on our prices page.
• Payment is due on the day of treatment.

Availability

Our phone is answered whenever we can. We don’t offer a 24-hour clinic. For urgent NHS care, call NHS 111. In a medical emergency, call 999.
