Frequently asked questions

How much does an emergency appointment cost?

The emergency consultation is £54. Any treatment is priced and agreed with you before it starts. You can see typical fees on our prices page.

Do I pay anything before I’m seen?

If you book online, a £20 deposit holds your time, and it’s refundable when you attend. Everything else is paid on the day, once you’ve agreed the treatment.

Is it cheaper on the NHS?

NHS urgent treatment costs less if you can get an NHS appointment through NHS 111. Our guide NHS 111 or private? explains the trade-off honestly.

Why is there a range for some treatments?

The fee depends on the tooth and how complex the treatment is, for example a simple or a surgical extraction. We examine you, explain the options, and confirm the exact price before we start.
